Building Your Online Bookstore Business - A Foundation
You've made the decision. You are going to build an online business using a 30fold store. Congratulations on a good decision. 30fold has your store up and running. Now what?
What activities are you going to take part in? What new habits will you form? What new skills will you develop? What talents do you need to seek out in other people or service providers? What resources you already have do you need to tap? Here's something we can guarantee. If you do not do some of these things your business will not succeed. So, assuming that is not your goal, let's lay a foundation for success. Note, this is a foundation. It is not a complete compendium of everything you will need. These are the elements on which you will build. You will gather materials from here, and from other sites and resources. You will combine them and create your own special recipe.
National football hero and entrepreneur, Fran Tarkenton said, "I can tell you in an hour all the things in business I tried that worked. But I can spend weeks telling you all the things I tried that did not." He went on to explain, success is not in what's right or wrong (from a function, not a moral perspective), it's in trying, and trying, and trying again. The Bible put's it this way in Proverbs 17. "For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again". Seven is the number of completeness. That is, if the just man falls an eighth time, or an eightieth time, he does not quit. He simply gets up and tries again.
In the pages here you will find a number of tools, methods, tactics, and strategies. You may discover or invent others that work better for you, and you will have the opportunity to share them. But ultimately, it is not the business that does or does not work. It is not the methods or strategies. It's you. Like Fran, you look for daylight and run, you look for a receiver and you pass, and you keep on and on and on till you are successful.
